BASIC INFORMATION
What kinds of lessons do you offer?
We offer both couple classes and private lessons.
They are tailored to each student’s goals and French level. There is no set start or end time, students simply book whatever times are convenient for them. You may book up to 32 private lessons at once. Lesson packages are also available.
The Couple classes' start dates are dependent on the availability of a partner.

What ages do you teach?
We work with students ages 10 and up
Can I take French lessons with someone else?
Yes, you can schedule a lesson with a spouse, partner, family member, and friend — whoever you want
Can my children learn French together?
Yes, as long as they have similar French levels and are between a reasonable age gap
LESSON DETAILS + PRICING
How long is a French lesson?
Adult courses and private lessons are 55 minutes long with a 5-minute break.
What kind of lessons do you offer?
We offer Grammar lessons, vocabulary lessons, conversation classes and prerecorded lessons.
How much are the lessons?
Prices can be as low as 2,500 per lesson

Can I schedule more than one lesson at a time?
Yes, you can schedule for as many lessons as you desire. Just give us a call or chat and we will attend to you
TECHNOLOGY
What platform do you use?
Lessons are conducted via Google Meet, a platform that is free to learners.
Do I need a computer for class?
No. As long as you can access Google Meet and see when the screen is being shared, you can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Computers and tablets help with participation, however.
Does my camera have to be on?
No. We would love to see you, of course, but what’s most important is that we can hear you and that you can hear and see us.
Do my children need separate devices?
It’s recommended.
Can you teach using Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, etc.?
No. At this time lessons are only offered via Google Meet.
STEPS AFTER BOOKING
What happens when I book a lesson?
Once your lesson is booked, you will receive an automatic confirmation email that contains your permanent Google Meet link. You will also receive a message reminder 24 hours before your first lesson.
What happens when I purchase a package?
Once you purchase a package, you will receive an email with the subject line “Product Order from FET Online: [Your Name].” In that email, you will have your package details with a table showing the available days and times for lessons. Respond to the mail with the preferred times and days.
If there are no times available, kindly respond in the mail. You can also request the available times before making payment.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule your lesson requesting from your teacher on WhatsApp. Your teacher will communicate to the management and a confirmation mail will be sent to you. You will not be able to cancel or reschedule 30 minutes after your scheduled lesson has begun.

What are your tutors’ qualifications?
We have language tutors who have B.Sc or B.Ed in the language, have teaching experience (virtual or physical) of more than 4 years, and have taken professional examinations in the language.
